EIL (Engineers India Limited) maintains a vendor approval list for valves used in IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, and other PSU refineries. Approved vendors must meet EIL's SLMV (Specification for Low-Medium Voltage) and SPC (Specification for Piping Components) requirements. Valves must comply with EIL piping specifications including SPC-044 (Gate Valve), SPC-045 (Globe Valve), SPC-046 (Check Valve), and SPC-047 (Ball Valve).
