By engaging with Vajra Industrial Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our manufacturing, supply, and technical services.
1. Scope of Services
Vajra Industrial Solutions provides manufacturing of industrial valves via OEM partners and supply of third-party industrial components. All technical advice is provided based on the specifications shared by the client.
2. Quotes & RFQs
Quotes are valid for the period specified in the official proposal. Prices are subject to change based on raw material fluctuations (steel, alloys) unless otherwise confirmed in a Purchase Order (PO).
3. Quality & Warranty
All products supplied meet the technical standards specified (API, ASME, etc.). Warranty terms are provided per product category and are subject to proper installation and maintenance by the end-user.
4. Delivery & Logistics
Delivery timelines are estimates provided at the time of order confirmation. Vajra Industrial Solutions is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs clearances, or force majeure events.
5. Intellectual Property
The "Vajra" brand, technical drawings, and website content are the intellectual property of VajraVyuh Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
