EIL (Engineers India Limited) maintains a vendor approval list for valves used in IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, and other PSU refineries. Approved vendors must meet EIL's SLMV (Specification for Low-Medium Voltage) and SPC (Specification for Piping Components) requirements.
