What surface finish is required for pharmaceutical valves?+
ASME BPE specifies SF1 (Ra ≤0.51 µm) for product-contact surfaces in most pharmaceutical applications. For WFI and bioprocessing, SF4 (electropolished, Ra ≤0.38 µm) is typically specified.
Do you supply full material traceability documentation?+
Yes. All pharmaceutical-grade valves are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates, PMI test reports, pressure test certificates, and surface roughness measurement reports.
