Water Intake & Distribution
Large-diameter rubber-seated butterfly valves (DN200–DN2000) for raw water intake, clear water pump station, and distribution mains. Double-flanged or MJ (mechanical joint) ends for underground buried service. Epoxy-coated ductile iron body for corrosion protection.
RO Desalination Plants
High-pressure SS316 butterfly valves and diaphragm valves for seawater RO feed, concentrate reject, and permeate collection. Duplex SS for seawater concentrate streams. Pressure ratings to 100 bar for high-pressure RO pump suction and discharge.
Pump Protection & Control
Dual-plate wafer check valves on pump discharge to prevent reverse rotation and water hammer. Slow-closing butterfly valves or ball valves with controlled closure rates to minimize surge pressure. Pressure sustaining and pressure reducing valves for zone pressure management.
Sludge & Wastewater
