Piping Class Reference

Piping Class A6A Valve Specification

Piping Class A6A covers ASME Class 2500 — the highest standard ASME pressure class, for extreme-pressure service on HP wellheads, HP test equipment, HP hydraulic power units (HPU), and certain refinery HP catalytic reformer circuits. Class 2500 valves above DN50 are almost exclusively butt-welded to eliminate all flange connections. Below DN50, SW and NPT forged valves in A182 F22 or F316L are typical. Vajra Industrial Solutions supplies Class 2500 forged gate valves, globe valves, needle valves, and ball valves for HP wellhead test systems and HP hydraulic circuits. All Class 2500 valves supplied with pressure-seal bonnets, API 598 shell test at 1.5× CWP, full material traceability per EN 10204 3.1/3.2, and PMI (Positive Material Identification) reports. Export crating and insurance documentation available for offshore and international projects.
