Piping Class B3A Valve Specification

Piping Class B3A covers ASME Class 600 stainless steel service - the standard high-pressure stainless piping class used in refinery process units handling corrosive hydrocarbons, HCl traces, organic acids, and wet gas streams where carbon steel is unsuitable. Class 600 CF8M provides 99.3 bar allowable at ambient temperature, stepping down to ~63 bar at 400°C. Valve end connections are predominantly RTJ flanged or butt-weld in larger sizes. All trim is SS316 or better; graphite packing for high-temperature service. Vajra Industrial Solutions supplies A351 CF8M cast gate, globe, check, and ball valves to ASME Class 600 with API 6D and ASME B16.34 compliance. Full EN 10204 3.1 MTCs, hydrostatic test per API 598, dimensional inspection reports, and PMI standard.
