Piping Class E2A Valve Specification

Piping Class E2A covers Class 300 cryogenic service for LNG (liquid natural gas), liquid nitrogen (LIN), liquid oxygen (LOX), and liquid argon (LAR) in the range -46°C to -101°C. A352 LCC retains adequate impact toughness at -101°C (minimum 27J Charpy per ASME B31.3) and is the most economical cryogenic material. Extended bonnets per BS 6364 are mandatory to keep stem packing above the cold zone. All valves are cold-shock tested at -196°C (liquid nitrogen) prior to delivery. Vajra Industrial Solutions supplies BS 6364 and ISO 21011 compliant cryogenic gate, globe, ball, and check valves with extended bonnets, PCTFE seats (for -196°C rated valves), documented cold-shock test reports, and Charpy impact certificates.
